We're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead to strengthen our organization’s security stance across IT and OT environments.
As our Cyber Security Lead, you'll drive the continuous development of our security processes, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure our security operations are robust, proactive, and aligned with industry standards.
Key areas of responsibility:
Leading and supporting the continuous improvement of security processes and risk management practices
Managing administrative tasks related to compliance and regulatory requirements
Ensuring that security practices across IT and OT follow established directives and policies
Overseeing incident response processes, reporting, and escalation models
Ownership of information security and cybersecurity inspection and audit practices
Driving long‑term cybersecurity development and roadmap planning
Strengthening organizational security culture through training, coaching, and knowledge‑building
In this role, you'll report to Senior Manager, Operational Development and Sustainability, and the position is permanent. Your office is located either at our Headquarters in Rauma or our other office in Vantaa. We work in a hybrid model, spending around a few days a week together at the office.
The skills and experience we value:
An analytical and systematic working style
Ability to translate requirements into functional operating models
Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and Finnish
A proactive, development‑oriented mindset
Several years of experience in information security, preferably with a GRC or IAM (Entra ID) focus
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 security governance, Intune and device compliance principles
Knowledge of Identity & Access management (MFA, RBAC, Conditional access principles, PIM/PAM)
What we consider an advantage:
Experience collaborating with IT, OT, and business stakeholders
Third-party/vendor security
Basic knowledge of network segmentation
Understanding of Microsoft-based PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate-based authentication in Active Directory environments
Expertise in hybrid environments (on‑prem & cloud)
ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, or CRA knowledge
Background in audits or compliance development
