We're looking for an IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of our core IT environment and guide its long‑term development.

As our IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead, you'll oversee the overall architecture of servers, networks, integrations, and platforms across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. One of our main goals is to transition from on-premise to cloud, and you'll be a key player in ensuring that our infrastructure remains functional, scalable, and aligned with business needs throughout this project.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a hands‑on mindset, and is ready to support both strategic development and operational IT tasks.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Leading the overall architecture of servers, networks, integrations, and related technologies

• Ensuring the functionality and consistency of on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid platforms

• Defining and maintaining the technical roadmap for the IT environment

• Ensuring usability, information security, and business continuity across systems

• Managing and developing SAP (S/4HANA) authorization practices and administration

• Overseeing and supporting the organization’s reporting platform

• Taking responsibility for critical technologies and platforms

• Providing additional support within the IT support function when needed

In this role, you'll report to Senior Manager, Operational Development and Sustainability, and the position is permanent. Your office is located at our Headquarters in Rauma. We work in a hybrid model, spending around three days a week together at the office.

The skills and experience we value:

• Experience in IT infrastructure and architecture

• Practical knowledge of hybrid and cloud environments

• Knowledge of a Microsoft ecosystem in a hybrid environment (on-premise AD, Entra ID)

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

• Collaborative mindset and readiness to support daily IT operations

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Finnish

• Relevant education/degree (IT or similar)

What we consider an advantage:

• Power BI/power platform knowledge

• Experience or understanding of system integrations

• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Firewall technologies)

• Understanding of backup solutions

• Understanding of databases on physical and virtual servers

• SAP administration knowledge
