Staffing Coordinator

Talented is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join Reaktor's award-winning tech community in Helsinki, Finland.

The role:

Your daily tasks include:

- Collaborating with various stakeholders from Reaktor and Reaktor’s Ecosystem
- Finding suitable candidates for different projects. The candidates are mainly subcontractors and freelancers from Reaktor’s partner companies
- Helping with commercial agreements with the partners and partner companies
- Creating & analysing data about Reaktor’s operations with partners to provide transparency and promote data-driven decision making
- Keeping up-to-date about the new ecosystem offering, availability of partner consultants and the IT services industry

After you get familiar with the role and the company, you will also work on:

- Developing the ways used subcontracting and partnerships, e.g. using partners more internationally (e.g. Netherlands)
- Widening the competence mixture of the partners used
- Developing and deepening the co-operation with Reaktor’s Talent Acquisition -team
- Deepening the co-operation with partners (e.g. stronger involvement with sales processes)
- Participation in Operations Team's development work

You:

- You are a natural collaborator with good networking skills
- You have previous experience from working on an IT -sector
- You have previous experience of working in consulting business
- You have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment and drive things proactively
- You have an excellent customer service and coordination skills
- You are a strong communicator in Finnish and English

Our ideal candidate needs to be located in metropolitan Helsinki, as the office is located in Kluuvi (central Helsinki). Being able to share time at the office is crucial, even if you are able to work in a hybrid environment. The final title of the role can be aligned with the chosen candidate’s personal experience and preferences.
