Development Manager, Oracle Cloud

Veikkaus is looking for a Development Manager for Oracle Cloud to lead the evolution of our Oracle Fusion ERP and CX platforms. This is a high-impact role in a complex, modern Oracle environment where your expertise will help shape how enterprise system capabilities support our future business and Veikkaus’ transition from a monopoly to a competitive, multi-permit market.
You’ll become a key member of our Oracle team, guiding and developing our Oracle Fusion enterprise platform environment. In this new role, you will oversee how data from our gaming systems and platforms is integrated into Oracle Fusion, and ensure smooth collaboration between technical teams and key stakeholders such as Business Units and Game System development teams.
As Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for the evolution and integration of our Oracle Fusion ERP/CX systems, promoting best practices and helping build a secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-native enterprise foundation.

Your main responsibilities will include
Development: Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, CX modules, Gaming data extension and Integrations.
Providing operational guidance: Offer expertise to help resolve complex challenges, supporting teams in making sound decisions and delivering their best work.
Enhancing processes: Analyze and refine operational processes, improving both productivity and quality of outcomes.
Integrating Oracle Cloud technology: Implement and manage Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize our infrastructure, ensuring robust performance and security.
What we’re looking for
We need someone with a proactive approach, good problem solving skills and Oracle technical understanding. You should be experienced in Oracle Cloud implementations or operations, comfortable taking part in conversations around technical topics, and knowledge of end-to-end business processes across Fusion modules. The ideal candidate brings expertise in OCI and Fusion platforms, a strategic mindset that values continuous improvement and knows how to drive operational processes that empower our teams to do their best work.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have
Experience in Fusion platforms, Analytics and Integrations
Good knowledge about Oracle Fusion best practises and E2E processes
Experience with Oracle Cloud technology and its application in enhancing operational infrastructuree

Our head office in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki, provides an engaging workspace, with flexible remote work options to help maintain a healthy work-life balance. However we expect you to be at the office two to three days in a week.
